I Have a Passion for Books

I love reading. As a toddler, I never left home without a bag full of books and even before I had learned to read I would happily recite several of my favourite books by heart. Some of my most cherished books include books based on true stories and books that were made into movies.

My First Recipient of a Blind Date with a Book

I was thrilled to meet Dr. Temple Grandin at the Hire Higher conference and set her up on a Blind Date with the 2018 Canada Reads  Winner... Forgiveness by Mark Sakamoto. She was excited to have a book to read on the plane ride home.
